I really enjoyed this movie. It shocked me when the movie started giving out hints that Steven was lieing and making up his stories. I guess you never really realize that that could acutally happen nowadays. Kinda freaks me out a bit. I would definately watch this movie again. The actors were really good and showed alot of expression. This movie was important to watch because it showed that people can actually get in trouble if you don't have your sources. Good thing he didn't hurt anyones' reputation or he probably would have been sued or something like that. But when your writing for the country or anywhere You gotta make sure its the facts and your telling the truth and your not making anything up. This movie makes a lot of since when taking this class, goes along with what we learned and how you have to make quotes from your interviewers. Except Steven just made everything up. I can definately see how easy that is though.
This class was really informing, im glad I took this class because it will be a good start for my college english classes. Journalism is a pretty broad class, and i've learned a lot. I also took broadcast journalism which we learned kind of the same stuff but the classes were a bit different. My favorite thing about this class is that its all online. We don't have to waste any paper and I can type 10 times faster than I can write. Everything is just more organized on the internet. I also really like you as a teacher. You explain things very well and are super funny! I've really enjoyed having you all year long. I liked all the movies we watched throughout the year. I loved the one in broadcast journalism called The Truman Show. That movie was so awesome and I could watch it again and again. I definately recommend you keep showing this movie.
